Abraham Lincoln Park Softball Field Complex. In this project, Elena was responsible for the analysis of the drainage conditions of the site. In addition she was in charge of preparing the hydrology design and hydraulic design of the softball field and associated roads and parking. The hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design of this project was approved on the first submittal.
The WOFH and KHG Projects in Oahu, HI consist of a 10-mile elevated segmental bridge guideway. In this project Elena was responsible of the geometry control for the construction of 5238 segments.
In this project, Big Wash at Rancho Vistoso LOMR, located in Oro Valley Arizona, Elena was responsible for analyzing the flow of the wash and delineating the floodplain limits in support of a LOMR that was approved by FEMA. The 100-year flow of the wash is 31,000 cfs.
